Agreement

These terms apply to your use of everydayloadout.com (the “site”), operated by Wilderness Coding LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Product information

Specs, prices, availability and store listings come from manufacturers, retailers, published reviews and our own measurements, as shown on each product page. We normalize and check this data, but it may contain errors or be out of date. The site is for general information only. Confirm anything important, such as dimensions, airline carry-on limits or waterproof ratings, with the manufacturer or retailer before you buy.

Summaries are written with AI assistance from the stored data, as described in our methodology. They are not hands-on reviews.

Prices and retailers

Prices are collected periodically and shown with the date we last checked. The price and terms on the retailer’s site at the time of purchase apply. Purchases are made with the retailer, not with us; their terms, shipping, returns and warranties govern your order. We don’t track in-store inventory, so call ahead before visiting a store.

Affiliate links

Some retailer links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never affect which products we list, how filters work or how lists are sorted. See our affiliate disclosure.

Privacy and cookies

You can use the site without an account or giving us any personal information. We use no advertising cookies. Cloudflare sets strictly necessary security cookies, and Google Analytics sets an analytics cookie except in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, where it runs without cookies, so there’s no cookie banner. Our privacy policy describes exactly what is processed.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial research and share links to it freely. You may not:

• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of our dataset, or use it to build a competing database, without written permission;
• use the site in a way that disrupts it or places an unreasonable load on it;
• misrepresent our data or imply our endorsement.

Search engines may crawl the site according to our robots.txt. Of AI crawlers and assistants, only Anthropic’s Claude may access it; automated access must stay within a reasonable request rate.

Content and trademarks

The site’s design, text, drawings and compiled data are owned by Wilderness Coding LLC. Brand names, product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify products. Their use doesn’t imply affiliation or endorsement.

Third-party sites

We link to manufacturers, retailers and sources we cite. We aren’t responsible for their content, products or practices.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilderness Coding LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information on the site or from purchases made through linked retailers. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
