About Everyday Loadout

Specs for everyday carry gear, gathered from the people who make and sell it, put into the same units and lined up side by side. Every value links to where it came from.

What it is

Brands publish specs in different units, under different names, and leave different things out. That makes a simple question, like which 25 L backpack is lightest or which battery bank you can take on a plane, hard to answer. Everyday Loadout reads each product’s own page, keeps only the values it can quote word for word, converts them to one set of units, and shows what isn’t published as “Not published” instead of guessing.

Today that covers 1,174 products from 143 brands in 16 categories: backpacks, battery banks, multi-tools, flashlights, pens, paper notebooks, watches, wallets, headphones, smart watches, sling bags, hip packs, messenger bags, sunglasses, charging cables, water bottles. Prices were last checked Oct 25, 2026.

How it differs from a review site

We don’t test gear by hand or score it on taste. We compare what brands state, show where each number came from, and compute what follows from it: how a pack’s weight compares with others its size, whether a power bank is under the airline limit, how often a product goes on sale. Where independent reviewers publish scores, we link to them. The methodology explains every step, including how we use AI.

How it’s funded

The site is free and has no ads. Some retailer links may earn us a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide which products we list, how filters work or how results are sorted, and brands can’t pay to be listed or ranked. See the affiliate disclosure.

Who runs it

Everyday Loadout is an independent site published by Wilderness Coding LLC. It isn’t owned by, or affiliated with, any brand or retailer it lists.
